BrainCore Marketing Program

BrainCore developed a marketing program with your practice in mind, allowing you to easily implement a strategy to grow your practice and expand care to even more people in your area. It’s a win for your practice and an even bigger win for those who will see their lives improved by Neurofeedback.

How It Works

THE STRATEGY

The marketing program utilizes quizzes as a point of entry into a marketing funnel, which allows your practice to both engage with your current clients as well as reach potential clients.

The purpose of the quiz is to generate interest in wanting to know the results. It works especially well when an individual is unsure of their health or the health of a family member or friend and is looking for answers or assistance.

The Marketing Program captures a potential client’s email address at the end of the quiz before showing the results. This allows you to email more information to the individual to educate them about Neurofeedback and how you can help.

The Quizzes

The marketing program includes six quiz categories:

  • Focus
  • Memory
  • Mental Stress
  • Negative Mood
  • Sleep Issues
  • General Health

These categories directly relate to health issues that are good candidates for neurofeedback.

Each quiz is available in two formats: first person and third person. Providing both writing styles considers individuals who are curious about their own health, or those who are caring for a family member or friend, giving you flexibility in how you promote the quizzes.

Call to Action

A call to action (CTA) is the action you want the user to take once the quiz is taken and results are shown. For example, do you want them to call you? Do you want them to schedule an appointment? The program is designed to allow you to fill in the call to action that works best for your practice.

Marketing Channels for Utilizing Quizzes

The basis of all marketing is communication. The quizzes can be utilized in various marketing channels to communicate with existing clients and to engage new clients. The more marketing channels used, the greater your communication will be, ultimately leading to more exposure for your practice.

Email Invitation

Import existing client email addresses to automatically send an email invitation to take the general health quiz. The import guide makes it easy to quickly upload a list of email addresses and the email marketing program emails the invite for you. The system keeps track of who received the email, and who has taken the quiz, giving you analytics to track the effectiveness of the email.

Social Media

Promote the quiz links on your social media accounts for existing followers to take a quiz. Or utilize our social media advertising set up guide to reach more people with Facebook and Instagram ads. The system provides suggested content and images in the Asset Library to make posting and advertising as easy as possible for your practice.

Quiz Links

Publish the quiz links on your website encouraging existing clients or new visitors to your site to engage with your practice. The system also provides QR codes for each quiz, allowing you to add the QR code to any print materials and directly link to the quizzes.

Personalized to Your Practice

Personalized with Your Information

The Marketing Program includes various ways to personalize the program to your practice.

Email Signature

Add your practice information to the email signature for all email marketing sent from the Marketing Program. Include your phone number, office hours, location, website, and more.

Quiz Links & Call to Action

All quiz links are unique to your practice, and you control the action a user should take following the quiz. Insert a link to your contact form, a link to your website, or a link to your online appointment scheduler.

Social Media Content

The content provided in the Asset Library is personalized with information unique to your practice. Information such as provider name(s), service area and practice name is inserted into the copy for you. All you have to do is copy and paste the content into your social media marketing.
