• Make sure there is a signed Informed Consent form on file for each of your clients!
• Get your technicians certified.  Non-certified techs cannot troubleshoot with us.  Email Carla for information.
• If you are considering moving your office to a different zip code, please contact the office to ensure the zip code you are moving to is not owned by another BrainCore Member.  As you know, territory protection is guaranteed to all our BrainCore Members.
• Stock up on clinical and home training sensors to avoid unnecessary downtime.
• Please remove any password protection you have on your computer, ensuring accessibility for online troubleshooting.
• Please notify our office of any changes to your neurofeedback technician staff, it is important our records are kept up to date.
• Please confirm your cell phone numbers and email addresses with our office to ensure you receive text and email alerts.
• Please close Synapse at the end of the workday to allow for Syncing.
• Don’t forget to join and be an active participant in Community (BrainCore Certified personnel only).
• Please check your home training client’s computers for date and time accuracy.
